Nature's Brow Club Membership Terms and Conditions

1. Membership Overview:

The Nature's Brow Club Membership provides unlimited eyebrow threading services for a fee of $9.99 per month , $49 Bi Annual or $96 per year. This membership applies only to eyebrow threading. Other services are not included in this membership.

2. Membership Billing:

Membership fees are billed either monthly or annually, depending on the option selected at the time of purchase.Monthly memberships will be charged $9.99 per month. Bi-Annual Members will be charge $49 every six months. Annual members will be charged $96 every year. All sales are final. There are no refunds once payment is made, except as specified in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

3. Auto-Renewal:

The membership will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly), unless canceled by the member.Members may cancel their membership at any time. Upon cancellation, the membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Members can cancel their membership at any time. If a member cancels within 24 hours of making a payment and has not used any services, they are eligible for a full refund. If a member cancels after 24 hours of making a payment, the membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and no refunds will be issued. No refunds will be provided after a service has been rendered.

5. Appointment Booking:

All eyebrow threading sessions must be booked in advance.Appointments can be scheduled over the phone, online via our website, or through our social media channels.

6. Membership Usage:

The membership is non-transferable and is intended for personal use only. It cannot be shared with others. Unused threading sessions do not roll over to the next month or year. Members are expected to adhere to the appointment policies, including showing up on time and providing notice if rescheduling is needed.

Members will not be eligible for a new subscription after canceling their membership three times. This policy is in place to ensure fairness and availability for all members.

7. Changes to Terms and Pricing:

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions, including membership pricing, at any time. Members will be notified of any changes in advance. Continued use of the membership after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Privacy Policy:

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected during the membership process will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except as necessary to process payments or provide services.

9. Liability:

While we strive to provide high-quality services, Nature's Brow Studio is not liable for any allergic reactions, injuries, or dissatisfaction resulting from services provided under the membership.Members agree to release and hold harmless Nature's Brow Studio from any claims related to the use of the

membership services.

10. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Minnesota. Any disputes arising from these terms or the membership program will be resolved in the courts of the governing state.

11. Entire Agreement:

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the member and Nature's Brow Studio regarding the membership program.

This agreement supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the membership.

By enrolling in the Nature's Brow Club Membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
